Register now for our Limited Income Nutrition “learn by mail” education series from the University of Maine
Cooperative Extension. 10-Steps to Good Nutrition is easy to read and includes many tips and recipes to help you save money. *Eligibility Requirements.A Hancock County Extension EAT WELL Nutrition Associate will send the lessons. When you return a completed lesson to Cooperative Extension the next one will be sent to you. A postage paid envelope is included with each lesson. There are no tests!

- Read the label – Set a Healthy Table
- The Grain Game – Bread, Cereal, Rice and Pasta
- Five a Day
- The Building Blocks
- Controlling Fat, Sugar and Sodium
- Super Meal Planning Using the Food Guide Pyramid

- Creative Snack Ideas
* Participants in the 10-Steps to Good Nutrition program should meet income eligibility requirements.
