10-Steps to Good Nutrition

correspondence course

Register now for our Limited Income Nutrition “learn by mail” education series from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension. 10-Steps to Good Nutrition is easy to read and includes many tips and recipes to help you save money.  *Eligibility Requirements.

A Hancock County Extension EAT WELL Nutrition Associate will send the lessons. When you return a completed lesson to Cooperative Extension the next one will be sent to you. A postage paid envelope is included with each lesson.  There are no tests!

* Participants in the 10-Steps to Good Nutrition program should meet income eligibility requirements.
Contact the Extension Office to speak with a Nutrition Associate in your area and find out if you are qualified.

or complete a
 registration form to register on-line.
