Nancy Beardsley
Co-Chair, 2006 Maine Water Conference

For the last 6 years, Nancy Beardsley has served as Director of the Maine Drinking Water Program at the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Nancy started her Maine government career at the Maine Geological Survey then spent the next 10 years working in various capacities at the DEP. Nancy graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Geology and later received a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Maine at Orono. This year, Nancy is serving as President of ASDWA, the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators that represents the interests of all 50 states and territories. Nancy also serves on the EPA's National Drinking Water Advisory Council.
