Water Conservation Policy Challenges

Ted KoffmanRepresentative Ted Koffman serves as director of government relations and summer programs at College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, where he also co-founded and directs the Eco-Eco Civic Forum. Rep. Koffman is particularly interested in growth management, sustainable development, and environmental policies. He serves on the boards of the Maine Tree Foundation, the Green Campus Coalition, Maine Global Climate Change, Inc., and the Maine Economic Growth Council. Rep. Koffman lives in Bar Harbor with his wife, Joanna. They have four grown children. He is serving his third term in the Legislature. He is House chair of the Nautral Resources Committee and the Community Preservation Advisory Committee.
