Leveling the camera.

The Canon camera worked great, with its fisheye adapter and lens. To level and align the camera, the Advanced Manufacturing Center at UMaine helped design and build this 'contraption', which doesn't interfere with the magnetic compass and levels the camera. Thanks to Tom, Brian, and Ken for working on the contraption! Thanks to Mom & Dad for the tripod!

The ice at Acadia was amazing this year - sheets of it covered the entire watershed at Cadillac.  Here's the waterfall on the Murray Young trail.
