Species Associated with Vernal Pools
The following is a list of other species that
use the pools but are not specialized to breed in them. These species
are known as facultative organisms, although they are often found
in vernal pools, they are not dependent on them; they can successfully
reproduce and live elsewhere. For the complete description of these
